ACT Fencing congratulates Local legend Nigel Nutt on his success at the 2014 Commonwealth Veteran Championships in Largs Scotland. Nigel won a bronze medal in the Individual Mens epee Championship, and was a member of the Australian Mens Veteran epee team that won the bronze medal (defeating NZL for the third place) . Nigel then went on to win Gold in the Mens Individual Foil and team Foil Championships on the final day of competition. A fantastic result! Nigel will compete later this week in the Australian National Open and Veteran Championships at the AIS main Arena.
