Southern Highlands FC in Mittagong invites ACT fencers to join them for a weekend training session on January 22 – 23 to prepare for the coming Fencing Year. The weekend will be a Fitness Kick-start and to blow out the cobwebs after the break. The atmosphere will be very relaxed and you can do one or both days. The cost is $10 per day, which is the best Post Christmas bargain in the country! The level will be aimed at fencers that have competed at State-level or above or fenced for several years (Intermediate to Advanced). The focus on Saturday is fitness and fencing, and possibly an informal comp on the Sunday. Each day will go from 10.30am to 4.30pm.
ACTFA fencers will need to be affiliated to take part for insurance reasons.
