Full FIE equipment is required for this competition. FIE jacket and breeches plus an 800N underplastron are mandatory and will be checked on the strip prior to each pool round and direct elimination bout. Masks must be FIE 1600N. Foils and épées must have FIE-homologated blades and bear the FIE stamp on the forté. Sabre blades must be FIE or S2000 standard. Foil weight, and épée weight and travel, will be tested on the strip at the start of each bout. The FIE-standard penalties will be applied for weapons that fail weight and/or gauge.
Fencers must be to the AFF through ACTFA. Entries close with ACTFA July 10. Payments can be made by cheque or direct deposit into the ACTFA Account. For more details email: committee@actf.org.au
