Engarde Fencing Club hosted a Summer fencing camp at the Wanniassa venue (Mackillop College hall) on Fri-Sat 15th 16th January. The camp was lead by head Coach Thompson Quan Wing, and assistant coaches Shaun Thomson and Tom Makin. As part of the camp, a beginner course was included for the ‘fencing parents’ to give them a taste of the sport – hopefully they will continue during the year. Fencers from other local clubs: Lancaster, ANU, CDDC and CFS joined Engarde fencers in the camp.
