ACT Fencing, together with Duel Fencing Club hosted the Tri-State tournament for U15/U13/U11 fencer from ACT, NSW and Victoria. The tournament attracted twice as many participants as last year after the success of the 2012 event. Thanks to Thompson and Brook – the two coaches that an the fun ice-breaker warm up in the morning, and Letitia, Jo, Andrew, and the other helpers that kept everyone fed through out the day. The aim of the tournament was to give our youngest fencers the opportunity to make new friends and get a friendly, easy introduction to fencing competitions.
