Penrith FC – Bill Gal Competition
Unfortunately, due to a major jump in the cost of the hire of the venue where the competition has been held for the last 23 years, the Bill Gal Memorial competition will not be held this year. The Penrith Fencing Academy has been unsuccessful in the search for a suitable replacement venue at short notice. Many fencers will be disappointed with the cancellation as this friendly, end of year competition has become a tradition and will be missed – especially the BBQ and Sally’s salads! We hope to be able to remember Bill at a new venue next year.
