All fencers not yet refereeing at National-level are strongly urged to sign up for the ACTFA/AFF Club level refereeing course, to be held at the Queanbeyan Community Centre, on August 22-23. The course will help fencers improve their competence and confidence as referees. Knowing the rules will also help fencers make sure they are awarded maximum points on the strip.
