I would like to thank the organising committee and all of the volunteers for the fantastic result of the DH McKenzie Tournament. The overwhelming response was that it was the best national tournament in a long time. I would like to thank the efforts of the organising committee: Mathieu Meriaux, Nigel Nutt, Cat Rogers, Burke Rogers, Hans Dimpel, Thompson Quan Wing and Nick Heffernan (If I have missed anyone, please let me know) for the amazing effort and result. I would also like to thank the Events Sponsors that made it possible, The Alchin & Long Group, The Canberra Tannery, and APIS Consulting. Without the sponsors we would not have achieved so much. Based on the official numbers from the AFF, it was the biggest national event ever, with a total of 225 entries in the open events.
