2018 AFF High Performance Winter Camp

Fencers wishing to nominate for the 2018 AFF High Performance Winter camp should register using the following link:

ACT fencers must be affiliated to ACTFA Inc. and should be at State level or above in most cases and provide their own equipment. The minimum age for registration for Epee is 13 or older, and the minimum age for Foil and Sabre is 11 or above. The winter camp will run from June 6 to June 9.

The Senior Schools Championships will take place 28 -29 June and registrations close for ACTFA.Inc fencers 28 April. Canberra Fencing League

2018 U13 and u11 Foil Epee and Sabre Championships

The ACT Fencing Association Inc invites all eligible affiliated fencers to compete in the 2018 U13 and U11 Championships at St Mary Mackillop College Gymnasium on Sunday 29 April. Please read the attached flier for details on equipment requirements, costs and timetable. Competitions will only go ahead if the minimum number of competitors register in time. Some competitions may not go ahead if there are insufficient entries, so please register before 25 April .
Level 0 coaching course

ANU Fencing Club is hosting a level 0 Coach course on Saturday April 7 at the North Oval Pavilion. This event is open to non ANU fencers as well. More information (including how to register) can be found in the attached flier below.
Once all the components of the entire coaching course have been completed ( WWVP check, First Aid course, Coaching-principles course, and logged hours), accredited coaches are eligible for membership discounts in the following year.
