Australia will be represented in Fencing by Foilist Jo Halls and Epeeist Amber Parkinson, both of whom train at VRI Melbourne. Australia is also sending two Pentathletes (they do Epee): Angie Darby and Alexander Parygin. We wish them all a smooth preparation and all the best for the competition.

Upcoming ACT and interstate comps There's good news and there's bad news....
The bad news is that the ADFA Foil Comp schedualed for June 28 has been cancelled due to the hall being needed for exams. The good news is that Swordplay will host its first Foil comp on Thursday July 3 at the Woden Basketball courts. The comp will begin at 7:00PM sharp so get there early to register on time. Entry is by gold coin donation for Swordplay members and $5 for non Swordplay fencers. Hire gear is available. You must be an ACTFA member to take part but all levels of fencing are welcome.
